The Gruia Dufaut Law Office assisted Groupe Atlantic, through the acquisition process of land and industrial premises in the PWP BUCHAREST NORTH industrial park from Ariceștii Rahtivani, Prahova County, in order to start manufacturing HVAC (Heating – Ventilation – Air Conditioning) equipment.
