Filip & Company assists Țiriac Group in the sale of their operational leasing to Autonom

Filip & Company assists Țiriac Group in the sale of Țiriac Operating Lease (Premium Leasing SRL) to Autonom Services SA. The transaction signed on Tuesday, 25 January, is still subject to certain terms and conditions as well as clearance from the Romanian Competition Council.
