Filip & Company assists Instant Factoring in obtaining EUR 600,000 financing

Law firm Filip & Company assisted Instant Factoring, a Romanian digital factoring fintech, in obtaining a EUR 600,000 financing from several investors, including MicroEurope, a company active in the microfinance sector.

The investment will be used to explore international markets with a view to expanding.
