Filip & Company assisted BCR in the CIT One transaction

Filip & Company Law Firm assisted BCR in the three-party transaction whereby Banca Comercială Română, BRD Groupe Société Générale and Raiffeisen Bank România will hold an equal 33.3% share in CIT ONE, one of the leading companies on the Romanian market in high-value goods transportation, processing and storage integrated servicces. The transaction obtained clearance from the Romanian Competition Council. The Filip & Company Team assisted BCR throughout the entire process: from the preliminary assessments, through the structuring, negotiation and completion stages and further on in obtaining clearance from the European Commission and the Competition Council.
