Smartree Romania, a division of the Smartree Group, becomes Smartemp

The Smartree Group announces the renaming of the division that provides temporary employees, personnel leasing, and recruitment services. Smartree Romania is now present in the market under a new name: Smartemp. Alongside Smartree HRTech, both companies are part of the Smartree Group.

The decision to rename Smartree Romania was made with a view to developing and efficiently communicating the services that the company can provide to its partners. Another important factor is defining a new identity for the organization within the group, as part of the strategy to build a strong, independent brand dedicated to providing temporary employees. The services offered will continue to be of the highest quality, and the ownership structure, board of directors, operational teams, and tax identification number will remain unchanged.

Currently, Smartemp provides over 2,600 temporary employees to its clients, mostly multinational companies. Smartemp is the partner that covers personnel needs during peak periods, manages vacation and maternity leave, and ensures the continuity of daily activities with temporary employees. Recruitment specialists at Smartemp take responsibility for filling vacant positions, which is an essential service, especially for teams with high staff turnover or for activities with unforeseen or seasonal peaks.

In 2021, Smartree underwent a process of dividing its two major lines of business. Smartree Romania continued its activity in providing temporary employees, personnel leasing, and recruitment services, while Smartree HRTech, the newly established company, took over the division dedicated to innovation in software technology and HR outsourcing services.
