Romanian Software launches partnership with fintech platform Salarium

Romanian Software, a leader in the human resources software market through its colorful.hr platform, announces a partnership with Salarium, the first application for on-demand salary in Romania.

With the Salarium app, employees have instant access, whenever they want, to the amounts of money already earned, before standard pay days. The Salarium platform was launched in 2021 and is currently used by employees of 50 companies in Romania. In September, active users accessed the platform 3.7 times and transferred on average 1,120 lei, up 50% compared to the same period last year.

Through the Salarium integration, over 750 companies that already use colorful.hr will be able to offer their employees instant access to salary advances (on-demand salary), automating the management of a benefit which is highly valued by employees, but time-consuming for HR departments. Via the Salarium app, salary advances are recorded in the payroll application on the colorful.hr platform, and the remaining due amounts are calculated automatically.
