Chain IQ Group, the leading independent provider of strategic, tactical, and operational indirect procurement services headquartered in Switzerland with offices in 14 countries, launches an employee participation program, enabling employees worldwide to purchase Participation Certificates (PS Shares).

Marking the 9th anniversary of the foundation of Chain IQ Group, as of May 20203 employees of the company worldwide can become co-investors through a dedicated Employee Share Participation Plan (ESPP).

With the roll-out of the ESPP, Chain IQ recognizes the valuable contributions of its employees, and wants to further align their interests with the company’s long- term success. Further, a sense of ownership and further strengthening of cross- border collaboration will be strengthened.

While creating an even more inclusive and rewarding environment, the newly launched ESPP combines short- and long-term rewards. Participants will receive cash dividends equal to and in line with existing Chain IQ shareholders, while also benefiting from potential capital gains as the value of the company evolves over time. The program is accessible globally and is available to permanently employed staff in a non-terminated employment relationship with Chain IQ. A secondary market with the Participation Certificates is eliminated, as Chain IQ is obliged to buy the Participation Certificates from departing employees, who are equally obliged to sell their Participation Certificates upon departure from the company.

“I am very pleased, alongside our founding shareholders, to launch this important initiative, which invites all our employees to become co-investors in Chain IQ. As an entrepreneur myself, I am a strong supporter of the concept of allowing employees to become a part of our success story and enabling them to benefit from their work and investment into the company”, states the company’s founder and Executive Chairman Claudio Cisullo.
