The Marmorosch Bucharest marks the beginning of the festive season with the traditional Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration

The Marmorosch Bucharest, Autograph Collection, the 5-star, premium hotel, marks the start of the festive season withthe annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration. The event announces the winter season concept of the hotel, inspired by the Orient Express, and the beginning of a magical December month at The Marmorosch Bucharest, full of exclusive sensory experiences.

The Belle Epoque’s luxurious Orient Express inspired concept was developed, once again, by Mantas Petruškevičius, the prestigious, internationally recognised designer. Infused in every detail prepared for this season, including in the much-awaited New Year’s Eve Gala, when guest will experience the grandeur of The Marmorosch Express, the concept aims to further underline the hotel’s art-level of elegance and sophistication.

This year’s festive journey begun on December 5th, with the traditional Christmas tree lighting celebration, in a setting enchanted by rich Belle Epoque decorations and the soft harp melodies and carols sung by the Maestra Children’s Choir. Guest have indulged in freshly baked Christmas cookies and tasted the spiced notes of the mulled wine, the winter heralds of the upcoming events.

The magical period of the Christmas holidays is also a time to reach out and give back to the community. Thus, while preparing for the winter season, The Marmorosch Bucharest has joined forces with Cărturești Carusel, and set up the “Călătorie în lumea cărților” initiative, to collect books and promote reading among children. The initiative aims to bring joy into the lives of the children from OvidiuRo Association programs, promotes reading and contributes in the development of the next generations.

Following the annual Christmas Tree Lighting event, The Marmorosch Bucharest‘s December calendar presents a list of carefully curated and exclusive experiences. From the harmonious live music to the culinary masterpieces crafted by the culinary team, with highlights including a special Christmas Afternoon Tea, a lavish Christmas Brunch or the much-appreciated season Dining Menu, every moment promises an experience echoing the finesse and charm of a Belle Epoque adventure.

For the New Year’s Eve Gala, guests will experience a memorable midnight journey, aboard The Marmorosch Express. The evening will unfold with an exquisite five-course menu, accompanied by a fine selection of premium drinks, while the entertainment will feature the enchanting rhythms of the Colors in Stereo band.
