The DoubleTree by Hilton Oradea Hotel marks the transition to a new mode of operation

The DoubleTree by Hilton Oradea Hotel announces the transition from a management contract to a franchise, marking an important stage in its evolution and in the Transylvanian hospitality landscape. This significant change, completed on February 1, 2024, reinforces the commitment to innovation and high–quality service.

With a tradition of over 12 years of excellence, the DoubleTree by Hilton Oradea Hotel decided to adopt a franchise-based business model, with the intention of strengthening its position as the leader of the local market. This transition stems from the desire of the new owners to be directly and actively involved in increasing the level of services offered through investment, innovation, openness and responsibility.

The franchise transition process was carefully managed, involving a nine-month process from May 2023 to 31 January 2024. Between May and September, detailed negotiations took place, while the October – January segment been assigned to intensive training processes. All this ensured a smooth and efficient transition to the new business model.
