ABIT Puresoft is pleased to announce that Service Management solution provider Efecte has added GPT capabilities to its platform. This will allow organizations to streamline their support processes and serve users more efficiently. Currently available in Efecte Chat for Service Management, the GPT-powered features will soon be expanded across the solution.
As the only authorized Efecte partner in Romania, ABIT Puresoft was among the first to test the enhanced chat solution. We were able to provide faster and more accurate answers to customer inquiries based on automated prompts, instantly retrieve relevant information from CMDB bases, knowledge bases, and other sources, and handle multiple conversations at a time in different languages.
The GPT features can be combined with data from Efecte’s platform for even more targeted answers. Requests are made through OpenAI’s API to ensure that no customer data is used to train the GPT algorithm. The feature is free and optional for Efecte Chat users.
Following the acquisition and integration of AI specialist InteliWISE, Efecte is working on introducing more GPT-powered features on its platform and also developing its own language model.
