ecomTEAM 2022: Everything you need to know about e-commerce

E-commerce’s teambuilding is back with its 12th edition, which will be held in Brasov on the 7th and 8th of September, gathering the most important people and voices in the industry. Two days full of panels, workshops and the long-awaited Romanian e-commerce party are all the ingredients you need to improve your online sales.

The EcomTEAM 2022 agenda: all about e-commerce on September 7th and 8^th

We start the first day of the event with a panel dedicated to the Marketplace area, where we will find out from the online stores that sell on this channel, online retailers that manage them, and experts in digital marketing and UX & UI, about how you can improve your processes.

We also explore ways in which a marketplace can help you expand your sales internationally.

We will then continue with the omnichannel part of the event, which has become more and more important with the imprint made in recent years on consumption habits. Industry experts will show us how to adapt your strategy in such a way that the customer’s effort in the purchasing process is minimized.

In order to make the customer’s experience as pleasant as possible, we review the good practices related to how your online store should look and what are the most sought-after features. You will learn all this in the third panel from the first day.

After lunch, we will remain in the gastronomic area, but with an emphasis on those who bring dishes from the restaurant’s kitchens to the customer’s door. That’s right, we’re talking about q-commerce, a segment that has seen spectacular growth lately and has expanded to other product categories.

The end of the day will be marked by the well-known ecomTEAM, held by some of the most important specialists in the industry, and, of course, with the long-awaited ecomTEAM party, the most fun networking opportunity.

The second day of the event will start with a feature that is becoming increasingly important in the user’s decision to buy from you, delivery. We are talking about the latest technologies that can be found in logistics spaces and what the trends in the courier market look like.

The second panel focuses on understanding the digital customer from the perspective of the digital marketing specialist, what are the messages he resonates with, how you inspire confidence in your brand and how you adapt to his needs.

The day closes with a workshop marathon held by specialists from Google, DWF, and Optimized.
