Crystal Dental Clinic, which has been operating for 21 years on the profile market, announces a turnover of 2.6 million euros for 2023 and the expansion to the B2B segment through dental service subscriptions, in the context where employers want to invest more and more much in diversified fringe benefits to attract the right employees. Thus, Crystal Dental Clinic offers the most flexible dental subscription on the market, suitable for any company, to help employers retain employees and optimize staff recruitment costs.

“Employers in Romania, including entrepreneurial firms with 2-10 employees, see dental services subscriptions as a strong advantage in a very competitive labor market. Moreover, in recent months, we have received more and more requests from companies for a dental subscription dedicated to employees, which is why we launched this type of service, adaptable to the needs of any company. We believe that this niche, of corporate dental services, although little covered and in training in Romania, will follow an accelerated development path. According to our calculations, this segment has a potential of up to almost 3 billion euros annually in relation to the total number of employees who could benefit from such a service in the entire country”, declares Cătălin Panciu, CEO of Crystal Dental Clinic.

Crystal Dental Clinic brings to the market the most affordable and adaptable corporate subscription of dental services, offering companies the opportunity to customize it according to the requirements and needs of employees and the business. It includes four types of annual subscription, with various dental services, from basic to premium, with prices between 390 lei per employee and 3,000 lei per employee over a 12-month period. Thus, compared to the number of 4.5 million employees in the private sector in Romania, according to INS data, if each employee benefited from a subscription to a dental clinic from the employer, the market potential would be between 350 million euros and 2.7 billion euros per year. Of this value, between 70 million euros and 600 million euros would be represented by the potential of Bucharest, where there are over 1 million employees, according to official statistics.

“Employers in Romania are increasingly concerned about the well-being of employees because their health directly influences productivity, morale, reduction of absenteeism and loyalty to the company. With a dental subscription, which is also a tax-deductible service, companies improve their recruitment and employee retention strategy, but also reduce long-term costs. Thus, in the first year after the launch of the new service, we aim to sign 5,000 subscriptions for employees from multinational companies and local SMEs, especially from the IT, consulting, pharma or financial fields, and a 50% increase in turnover for 2024 compared to 2023”, says doctor Sorina Blaj, medical coordinator and founder of Crystal Dental Clinic.

Crystal Dental Clinic is also betting on the service segment for employees’ children

At the same time, through the development of the corporate segment, Crystal Dental Clinic aims to expand into the segment of dental services for children, for which it has been offering complete services for over 21 years. Thus, it estimates an organic increase in requests from corporate subscribers for their children, of 25% of the segment in the coming years.

Crystal Dental Clinic provides deep sedation dentistry services for both children and adults who suffer from various conditions, are afraid of dental treatments or have gag reflex. Deep sedation makes treatments more accessible to everyone, eliminating the fear and stress associated with them.

Founded in 2003, Crystal Dental Clinic is one of the largest dental clinics in Romania. Currently, there are two clinics in Bucharest, including a department dedicated to dental treatments for children. The clinic has a team of over 35 specialized doctors, who use the most advanced technologies and methods to eliminate pain and successfully treat dental conditions, and has been with patients for over 25 years. To date, over 40,000 patients from Bucharest and nearby towns have been treated by Crystal Dental Clinic.
