COSMETIC PLANT, the third biggest manufacturer on the Romanian cosmetics market, has launched the high-end range FaceCare, a set of skin care products based on revolutionary ingredients, used for the first time by a Romanian manufacturer.
By launching the FaceCare range, COSMETIC PLANT records a premiere on the Romanian cosmetics market, using the latest and most revolutionary ingredients: Olea Vitae PLF – an innovative ingredient awarded with the Gold Medal for innovation at In-Cosmetics Global 2019, the most important international competition in the field of active ingredients for the cosmetics industry, 4D hyaluronic acid which combines 4 types of hyaluronic acid with different molecular masses that act in the different layers of the skin and CBD (cannabidiol) – the active substance of hemp extract, being used for the first time in Romania.
In this first stage, the new range consists of 9 products: 5 anti-aging creams and 4 moisturizing creams, of which 2 eye and lip contour creams, 1 anti-wrinkle serum and 1 intense moisturizing gel.

Packaging with modern and more functional design
Quantitative market research has proven that most consumers prefer glass containers, which keep the product stable and do not alter its original characteristics. That is why the new FaceCare range uses only glass. As a novelty, these containers are provided with a dosing pump that prevents waste and allows a hygienic dosage of the product (only the quantity to be applied on the skin comes into contact with the hands, while the rest of the cream does not).
“The new packaging has special finishes and a design that draws attention from a distance and corresponds to the repositioning of the COSMETIC PLANT brand in its category. The drop, the central element of the new design for the boxes, is the element that represents us: the science to optimally dose the drops ingredients in order to increase plants’ effects. By launching the FaceCare range we aim for a 25 percent increase in this category for next year,” added Susana Laszlo, COSMETIC PLANT co-shareholder.
