Cegeka Successfully Completes the Tender Offer for Computer Task Group, Incorporated

Cegeka, a leading European provider of ICT solutions and services, present in Romania, announces that has successfully completed its tender offer to purchase Computer Task Group, Incorporated (“CTG”). CTG is a leader in North America and Western Europe, helping companies employ digital IT solutions and services to drive their productivity and profitability.

The transaction aligns with Cegeka’s long-term strategic vision for growth and ambition.
