“The golden years of the automotive industry, our consumption boom, were 2007-2008. I joined BMW Group Romania much later, in September 2014. I can speak about a post-boom era. One thing I understood very fast – when the boom stops, very challenging times follow. But this should turn into a price war. The winners are the ones with excellent business management and service quality. That is what makes the difference on the long term.”
