Through this partnership, Centrum Orląt, a modern office building located in Wrocław, becomes available for digital showcasing and leasing via the Bright Spaces web platform. Bright Spaces, a European proptech startup, has joined forces with Adventum Group to introduce a virtual replica of Centrum Orląt and its available office spaces to potential tenants. Utilising advanced 3D modelling, the platform offers a virtual walk-through experience alongside real-time updates on office space availability. By combining Bright Spaces’ expertise in 3D digital twin technology with Adventum’s deep understanding of the CEE market, this collaboration introduces a solution that provides an immersive view of Centrum Orląt, fulfils clients’ demand for tech-forward solutions, and streamlines the leasing process.
