BRCC announces the second edition of the BRCC Awards Gala

The British Romanian Chamber of Commerce (BRCC) is honored to announce the organization of the second edition of the BRCC Awards Gala celebrating business excellence. The event will take place on Thursday, February 22nd, at the Bragadiru Palace in Bucharest.

Dedicated to the business achievements of member companies during 2023, the event, which is open to the leaders of over 100 BRCC member companies, will highlight, as in the previous edition, the outstanding contribution made by the British-Romanian business community to various economic sectors in Romania.

The award categories to be given at the BRCC Gala are Start-up of the year, Colleague of the Year, Excellence in Business, Community Impact Award (CSR), Innovation in Business, Sustainability and Environment Award, NGO Initiative of the year, BRCC Champion (Awarded by the Board of Directors), covering both business success and the essential contribution companies make to improving the quality of life of communities, as well as relevant sustainability projects.

The jury appointed by the BRCC brings together 11 leading professionals from Romania and the UK: Mihai Marinescu, Jury President – Business Transformation Director at Ernst and Young Romania, Andreea Minuta, Executive Director of the Subscriptions Division at Regina Maria – The Private Healthcare Network, Kendall Peet, Director – International British School of Bucharest, Christophe Weller, CEO & Founder at Corporate Office Solutions, Andreia Stanciu, Director Southern Europe – ACCA, Cristina Cretu, Partner- MPR Partners, Catalina Rousseau, CEO – BDR Associates Communication Group, Anne-Marie Martin FCMI, Director of Membership UK & International-British Chambers of Commerce, Alin Botezatu, Regional Director for Europe and Americas – Teconnex, Ciprian Sandu, Sustainability and Public Affairs Manager – Provident Financial Romania and Mr. Chris Frean – Head of the Prosperity Team at the British Embassy in Bucharest.

The involvement of a high representative of the British Embassy in Bucharest in the judging process is a great honor for BRCC.
