Bosch Expands Business with the Establishment of a New Legal Entity in Timișoara

Bosch is expanding by establishing a new legal entity in Timișoara, Bosch Global Business Services SRL, a decision that will impact approximately 1,400 employees. The Global Business Services division will be transferred from Bosch Service Solutions SRL, a company present in Timișoara since 2007, to a new legal entity. This decision is based on the goal of growing and consolidating the service portfolio. The organizational change will not impact the working conditions of the transferred employees.

Global Business Services: Innovative Services With a global presence of over 12,000 employees, Bosch Global Business Services provides end-to-end services, serving over 300 Bosch legal entities. In Timișoara, the division offers a diverse range of administrative services, improving the efficiency of Bosch’s internal operations. The controlling department in Timișoara manages a range of services, from extracting financial data, estimating and planning budgets, and reporting to Bosch’s top management. Additionally, the division delivers financial and accounting services for the Bosch Group. In the human resources department, the team provides essential support for HR processes within Bosch Group entities in the EMEA region. Furthermore, in the logistics team, specialists offer technical and logistical support for information management systems. Moreover, the procurement department manages demand planning, supplier selection, price negotiations, and contract management, contributing to optimizing Bosch’s supply chain operations. The entity also handles travel orders and reimbursement request processes.
