AROBS Pannonia has signed an agreement to take over Skyshield Hungary, a company with a portfolio of 200 customers and 1,200 monitored vehicles. With over 7 years of experience in providing telematics and telemetry solutions in the Hungarian market, AROBS Pannonia is among the top 10 in fleet management optimization solutions with a relevant market share.

The acquisition of Skyshield comes in the context of identifying technical and operational synergies between the two companies and their desire to provide as complete and complex solutions on the Hungarian market, where our TrackGPS product already exists since 2011.

AROBS Pannonia is a subsidiary of AROBS Transilvania Software, making it one more step to become one of the largest players in the automotive monitoring market in Central and South Eastern Europe.

“We are continuing our growth strategy through acquisitions, a process beginning in 2013 by integrating more players into the local and regional market. Skyshield’s contribution, through AROBS Pannonia, is more than favorable. We continue to keep track of this, identifying other procurement opportunities in Romania and Eastern Europe to reach more than 100,000 cars monitored in the coming year,” said Voicu Oprean, founder & CEO of AROBS.

In over 20 years of existence, AROBS has developed both its own line of products for domestic and international markets (Optimall SFA, TrackGPS, Optimall WMS, Optimall Logistic, etc.) and has specialized in delivering solutions outsourcing for various industries such as Automotive, Travel & Hospitality, Life Sciences, Enterprise Applications.
