Low-cost airline Wizz Air has signed a partnership with local call-center Conectys to provide booking and customer relations services, the company has announced.
Conectys will offer multilingual services – in Romanian and English – for Wizz Air customers both in Romania and abroad, via telephone, e-mail, fax and standard post mail. These services will be provided by 17 employees.
“The call-center’s team will address information requests about flights, bookings, ticket-related changes and also assistance for customers with special needs,” said Daniel de Carvalho, corporate communications manager at Wizz Air.
