Chromosome Dynamics launches first agroindustrial (multi-vendor) marketplace in Romania

Earlier this year, Chromosome Dynamics S.A. has started the process of establishing the largest multi-vendor agro-industrial marketplace in Romania. Today, Agrobazar Marketplace offers customers 12 categories designed to cover the entire agri-food sector, reaching 25,000 products loaded on the platform in less than a week, of which about 10,000 have already been validated.

From food and beverages to plant protection products and tools for home and garden, Agrobazar Marketplace aims to simplify the process of purchasing the most important products for the home or household of each customer. Moreover, the new marketplace offers the security of the best choices through free consultation and verification of each partner – manufacturer or distributor. Intuitive and easy to access, the Agrobazar platform allows each new customer to register in less than 30 seconds, just based on phone number and address.

Sellers who already own an online store can start selling through the Agrobazar platform in less than 30 minutes thanks to the flexible product import system, regardless of the platform on which their online stores are created. The platform also offers 7/7, 8/24 technical support to partner sellers.

We aim to list over 100,000 products by the end of this year, and by December 31, 2022, we want to reach over 500,000 items uploaded to the platform and over 500 partner sellers. We are in the process of building a fresh division of the marketplace, where small producers will be able to sell their products simply and easily. Agrobazar is the first project of Chromosome Dynamics S.A. The company attracted almost 700,000 Euros from investors through a private placement, and in the next period, the start-up will be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, on the AeRO market.
