Aggranda, UiPath’s partner in the development of software robots that automate repetitive activities in everyday work, has acquired RPA Box, one of the first Romanian Robotic Process Automation (RPA) consulting companies. With this move, Aggranda consolidates its position in the global market of automation providers, already active on three continents.

The acquisition is based on Aggranda’s strategy to increase available resources and team expertise to accelerate customer access to complex and reliable automation. By combining the know-how of the two companies, the expanded team of professionals will enhance its ability to rapidly deliver quality automation and advanced solutions that support companies in achieving their business and digital transformation goals.

Aggranda currently provides automation services to companies in the US, UK, Germany, France, Austria, Portugal, Romania and other countries. The client portfolio includes powerful organizations with annual revenues of over $1 billion, market leaders and growing companies such as the US Department of Agriculture, Sunrun, Chloride, BMS Group, Liaison, OMV Austria, BA Glass, and INSEAD.

RPA Box, founded five years ago by two former UiPath employees, develops complex automation for large companies in Europe.

According to Cristian Ignat, CEO and founder of Aggranda, RPA Box has an excellent reputation among customers. The company is recognised for its team of technology specialists and its constant drive to provide integrated solutions that meet customers’ needs.

“Our goal is to provide customers with stable and quality automation using the best technologies. By joining forces with Aggranda and RPA Box, we strengthen our expertise and ability to rapidly develop complex automation solutions. In parallel, we will continue to invest in the development of Link, our new product. Link provides companies with an easy way to manage and automate business processes in a single dashboard, ensuring a comfortable employee experience”, explains Cristian Ignat, CEO & Founder of Aggranda.

“For RPA Box it is a natural step to join forces with Aggranda. The concern to constantly support our customers to streamline their processes and business is just one of the many commonalities deeply rooted in the DNA of both companies”, concludes Tudor Tache, CEO of RPA Box.

Aggranda plans global consolidation in the automation industry

The acquisition of RPA Box is part of Aggranda’s strategy to become a leading global provider of automation services. The company plans to continue its accelerated growth in Europe and the US, with a continued focus on partnering with UiPath and consolidating services to support organizations around the world to deliver more value through automation.

With software robots, Aggranda has saved its customers over 200,000 hours of manual and repetitive work, helping employees be more productive and fulfilled. In parallel, the company invests in education and organises annual internships for more than 100 graduates worldwide. Today, several former Aggranda interns hold decision-making positions at several leading companies.
