Alina Soare coordinates the people-related activities in Endava Bucharest, one the largest Delivery Center of the company worldwide, with almost 1000 employees.
Her main mission is to continuously improve processes in the people area, with projects in the areas of People Development, Recruitment and Communication & Employer Branding; working closely and supporting the location managers and the extended leadership teams.

Alina has been with Endava for more than 4 years and a half and started her journey in the People Development area, before taking over the other streams as well. She was a major contributor to the growth acceleration and local success of the Bucharest Delivery Unit in the PDR space.
