Ana Dumitrache, Country Head at CTP Romania, will be a speaker in BR’s Inspiring Voices #EqualFuture | 1st Edition, where she will discuss about her role as a country leader of the largest developer and operator of premium industrial and logistics parks in Romania.

Ana Dumitrache is the Country Head of CTP in Romania. She has joined the group in 2016 with the clear target of turning it into the market leader that is at present.

Under her leadership, Romania has become CTP’s fastest-growing market. At the end of 2020, CTP had 1.5 million sqm of industrial and logistics spaces operational across Romania.

Together with an enthusiastic team, Ana has done some of the most spectacular transactions in the industrial market within the last couple of years, including Maersk/IB Cargo deal for Ikea Supply AG, King Fisher, opened a new site for CTP in the North of Bucharest and closed the two most important acquisitions in the industrial market in 2020 (Equest and Cromwell).

She also succeeded in building up a happy and successful team of high-level professionals – making this one of the most important competitive advantages of CTP in the local industrial market.

She is committed to keep CTP Romania as a local market leader and to continue to contribute to the overall CTP group success – Romania being the second largest country as portfolio and income contribution to the group. As one with the local team aims to reach 2 million sqm of operational spaces by the end of 2023.
