Alina Amza, Group Wellbeing & Inclusion Director at Superbet, will be a speaker in BR’s Inspiring Voices #EqualFuture | 1st Edition, where she will share her insights about her unique role at the largest sports betting operator in Romania.

With extensive experience as an HR Manager at various companies, Alina Amza joined Superbet in February 2019 as an HR Business Partner and became the company’s Group Wellbeing & Inclusion Director in May 2021.

“We believe that prioritising the health, wellbeing and inclusion of all our employees, supports increased employee engagement and fosters a culture where every employee can perform at their best. We know that this isn’t as easy as treating people equally it means removing the barriers that apply to different groups and impacts some employees over others. We want to ensure a level playing field so everyone can thrive and we attract and retain the best talent. We also want to support employees bring their whole identities to work and to manage their physical and mental health, financial wellness, work balance and life circumstances.” Alina Amza said on her appointment.

Alina Amza also represented Superbet at this year’s Business Review Awards Gala as supporters of the Employer of the Year | Working Romania Champion category, handing out the coveted trophy.

“The future of work is all about flexibility and the focus will be on the employees and the way they choose to work, when they choose to work, and where they choose to work. Lately, employers have become aware of the fact that people have an active life beyond work and they really started striving to offer employees great opportunities to meet their lifestyle needs. And when we speak about their lifestyle needs, to give you some examples, we also speak about, care for children, family time, time allocated for their hobbies, their passions, CSR actions, and so forth. And there are many benefits associated with this work flexibility. If we are to name some of them, we can speak about the fact that it boosts employee satisfaction, it helps organizations attract and retain talents, supports diversity, and also increases productivity.” Alina had to say about the #futureofwork at BRA 2021.

Inspiring Voices #EqualFuture | 1st Edition, the latest addition to Business Review’s events calendar, will be an offline networking event and conference which will take a close look at the business case of diversity & inclusion (D&I) and why companies that are championing this cause and drive the real progress are much better fitted to succeed in the long run. The event and conference will focus on issues such as gender equality & women’s empowerment and will highlight inspiring success stories of powerful women taking the lead in traditional male-dominated industries.

Join Alina Amza for the first edition of BR’s Inspiring Voices #EqualFuture and let’s talk about inspiring women voices as a core corporate value and why harvesting diversity and inclusion in your teams is more likely to spur performance! Inspiring Voices #EqualFuture will take place on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, starting at 4pm at the Courtyard by Marriott Bucharest Floreasca.
