Andreea Voinea, HR Executive Director at BCR, will be a speaker at the Foreign Investors Summit  2023. The event, hosted at The Marmorosch Bucharest, Autograph Collection, will take place on November 22-23 and will feature industry experts who will share their views on the latest trends and innovations, as well as the opportunities and challenges of investing in Romania.

With over 20 years, out of which 15 in Banking, of progressive international experience in mature and emerging markets, Andreea Voinea is now the HR Executive Director at BCR. She is responsible of a team of 90 professionals, supporting 7,300 colleagues, and covering a wide range of activities such as cultural transformation, organizational design, recruitment & development, employer branding, learning, talent management, rewards strategy, HR controlling, employee relations & social affairs, governance of subsidiaries and HR operations (shared services). During her talk, Voinea is expected to offer her perspective on the role of human resources in the banking sector and the future of work.
