Emma Toma, Head of Office Division at AFI Europe Romania, will be a speaker at Business Review’s Realty Forum 2022. The 21st edition of the landmark event of Romania’s Real Estate sector is set for tomorrow, July 19, starting at 16:30, at the Crowne Plaza Bucharest. Register here to join us!

Emma Toma has over 25 years’ experience in Romanian real estate market, mainly on residential and office segments. Emma was appointed as Leasing Manager of Office Division in AFI Europe Romania in 2012, being in charge with the leasing of AFI Park, AFI Tech Park and AFI Park Brasov and then advanced to Head of Office Division. Emma graduated the Academy of Economic Studies, with a diploma in Management.

Following this direction, during the last period we have installed in all our office projects the newest air purification system through bi-polar ionization which supported us also to obtain WELL Health & Safety certification, as well”, stated Emma Toma on the occasion of receiving the LEED Platinum precertification for AFI Tech Park 2, the second phase of the AFI Tech Park office development built up by AFI Europe Romania.
