Eduard Uzunov joins BR's Rising Cities. Smart Future

Eduard Uzunov, the president of real estate company Regatta, will be a speaker at Business Review’s Rising Cities. Smart Future event on November 27, 2019, at Courtyard by Marriott Bucharest Floreasca.

Eduard Uzunov fonded Regatta 26 years ago, and it has since risen to the top of the Romanian real estate market. One of the key representatives of the „golden generation” of Romanian entrepreneurs, Eduard Uzunov dedicated his entire professional life to real estate, shouldering the expense in creating an attractive market and introducing high level standards for the services provided.

His contribution to the development of the Romanian real estate market was recognized thorugh a nomination in the Who’s Who book and awards such as “Most admired business person” (BBW), “Largest volume of residential deals” (BBW), “Leader of Romanian Real Estate Brands” (Saptamana Financiara), “Residential project of the year: Oxford Gardens” (Europa Property).

Eduard Uzunov is also the author of the book titled “The property bet – A guide to intelligent real estate investment,” a thorough analysis of private property under several aspects: legal, political, social and moral.

He is also known for his fervent activity in supporting modern art and young Romanian artists, investing in promoting Romanian values locally and abroad, both through personal investment but also through the art gallery Rotenberg – Uzunov.
