What recommendations would you have for the business environment in Romania in 2024?

Every year brings the pressure of new plans, resolutions, and new beginnings. As we embrace the unexpected and hope for the best in 2024, I would like to make a case for something else that businesses and entrepreneurs need to consider into the new year. It’s about consistency. Consistency of vision, values, and objectives. While all business leaders strive for improvement, our teams, customers, and partners seek and deserve the stability that comes from being constant, amidst myriad changes. In business, just like in sports, consistency is key to staying in the game and performing at your best.

How do you anticipate the competition at BRA this year across categories, given that 2023 was a challenging year from all perspectives?

In 2023, just as in previous years, we had to be agile, adapt, keep up with the change, and stay ahead of the curve. I have seen many businesses do just that and prosper even in uncertain times. Therefore, I expect tight competition at BRA this year as well.

What motivates you to be part of the BRA Jury this year?

I am honored to be part of this jury and, together with Business Review, offer recognition to some exceptional leaders and projects.

What do you consider to be the added value of your presence on the BRA jury this year?

I have worked with some of the world’s and Romania’s top business leaders throughout my career and look forward to casting my experience and perspective on the Business Review Awards nominations.
