Dulce (Sweet) by Bucharest Gourmet Festival – June 29 – July 1 @ Roaba de Cultura in Herastrau Park
This is the first food festival in Romania to focus on desserts and sweets: cupcakes, waffles, ice cream, pies, cannoli, chocolate, donuts and everything else you can think of will all be available at the festival, along with some regular food trucks if you’re really hungry – but organizers encourage you to start with the dessert this time!
Shine Festival 2018 – June 30 – July 1 @ Arenele Romane
The fifth edition of Shine Festival will bring the freshest musical acts like Skillet, The Cat Empire, Subcarpati, Parazitii, Suie Paparude, Fratii Grime, The Mono Jacks, Bassk, Fantome, Argatu, Rockabella, Navi, Rana and The Purple Dandies.
International Music and Traditions Festival 2018 – June 29 – July 1
The festival is dedicated to celebrating cultural diversity and it is at its 12th edition. You’ll be able to see beloved artists from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, China, Georgia, Israel, Moldova and Hungary. The first event will be a traditional costume parade, followed by a craft fair, creative workshops, a gastronomy space and many more.
TedxBucharestSalon – Crossing Technology | live&digital content – June 29 @ Promenada
The event is an open invitation to enjoy some of the best TED and TEDx talks that address tech-mediated innovation with the potential to change our lives. It will be held on Promenada Mall’s Rooftop and will feature former TEDxBucharest participants, surprise announcements and six specially selected recorded TED and TEDx talks. Entry is free, but seats are limited.
Theatre under the moon festival 2018 – June 29 – July 15 @ Quantic Garden
The only outdoor independent theatre festival will blend the joy of well-directed plays and the delight of a jazz or café-concert night, all accompanied by painting, drawing, costume and sculpture exhibition. The festival will include 9 comedy plays, 9 concerts and 30 artists who will exhibit their artworks.
