The Very Best of Black Gospel Choir decks the halls of the capital city

Gospel music aficionados have a reason to rejoice this week, as The Very Best of Black Gospel Choir have included Romania in their European tour. They will hold a concert in Bucharest at The National Theater (Teatrul National Bucuresti) on Wednesday, December 22, starting 19.00.

The members of the choir have been part of most internationally acclaimed gospel choirs, as Harlem Gospel Choir, The Harlem Gospel Singers or The Golden Gospel Singers. The choir’s current lineup includes Gregory M. Kelly (musical director, singer and keyboard player), Reverend Charles Lyles (musical director, singer and keyboard player), Dorrey Lin Lyles (singer), Natalie Wilson (singer), Latrelle Simmons (singer), Lerato Sebele (singer), Keisha Whitney (singer), Darnita Hassel (singer), Justin Hezekiah Lesley (singer and drummer), Ron Jackson (singer) and Steve Spradley (singer).

Tickets for the event can be purchased online at www.eventim.ro and fees vary between RON 50 and 150.
