Suspended restaurant gets off the ground in Romania

Sky Touring and Events has announced it will open Bucharest’s first suspended restaurant.

The eatery will be launched this month at an as yet unannounced location.

The concept of a suspended restaurant, which is not new, has been successfully implemented in other countries in Europe and America.

The restaurant will have a single table where participants will be seated, secured with special belts. It will be located on a platform 50 meters from the ground where events will be organized.

The cost of renting the platform and the staff for an event for 22 people will amount to EUR 8,900 but a package including other services would raise the price to around EUR 15,000.
