If you haven’t been to Sighisoara by now, an ideal opportunity to do so presents itself between June 22 and 27.
Not only will you discover a beautiful old citadel but you can also enrich your cinematic knowledge by attending the second Sighisoara Film Festival. The event will showcase Romanian films that were awarded in 2009. There will also be an international category that includes films that won trophies in international competitions such as Cannes, Berlin, Locarno, Venice, San Sebastian, Karlovy Vary and Oberhausen. The guest country this year will be Hungary.
