ShortsUP, or a cooling short film marathon for a torrid summer night

ShortsUP, now at its second edition, invites short film enthusiasts across Romania at the ArtExpo galleries, on June 19^th. The event will showcase nine hours of laureate films from the 2010 editions of renowned awards, such as Oscar, Berlin Golden and Silver Bear, BAFTA, European Film Academy and Clermont Ferrand.

The element of novelty for the 2010 edition of the ShortsUP film festival is given by the extension of the event to three other Romanian locations, Cluj Iasi and Timisoara, along with Bucharest, the host city of the first edition.

The event is expected to reunite 3000 movie lovers across the country and will commence simultaneously in all of the four locations.

Tickets for the nine-hour short film marathon can be purchased from the Eventim network (www.eventim.ro), the Carturesti libraries and Vodafone stores.
