Runners limber up for third Carpathian DHL Marathon Relay

EUR 7,800 was collected in 2005 and went to Hospice Casa Sperantei Foundation, the Light into Europe Foundation and New Horizons Association. Last year, the organizers donated the EUR 16,500 raised to Logopedic Association in Romania through the New Horizons Association.
This year's beneficiary is once again the New Horizons Association and Light into Europe Foundation, with part of the funds going to help improve the conditions of the children's wards of the Bucharest Oncology Hospital. Another portion of the funds will go to Light into Europe Foundation to buy a printing machine for the Braille alphabet.
