Romania turns light off before switching to summer time

Romania will celebrate Earth Hour on March 26 this year, right before switching to daylight saving time, on March 27, when clocks will be set forward one hour ahead of standard time. Environmentalists and planet health supporters across Romania are invited to turn off their lights and save energy in the 8.30 PM – 9.30 interval, on March 26.
