Radisson Blu Bucharest, the largest five-star hotel in Romania, relaunches Sunday Brunch with a new concept. Starting Sunday, March 19, the culinary map of Bucharest includes TASTY TIMES. NO RUSH BRUNCH. Also, starting March 23, Radisson launches ARISTOBEATS, a new event concept, which will take place every Thursday, from 18.00 to 23.00, at Aristocool, the bar area in the hotel lobby.
TASTY TIMES. NO RUSH BRUNCH
Located in the Dacia Felix restaurant of the Radisson Blu Bucharest, the new brunch offers fusion culinary experiences, live music, a relaxed atmosphere, and a unique bartending show, provided by Aristocool.
The culinary experience offered by TASTY TIMES is a refined and complex one, including a variety of culinary options from both the international and Mediterranean cuisine of Sharkia restaurant and the Asian cuisine of Ginger Sushi Bar & Lounge. Prime Steaks & Seafood and Aristocool dishes are also on the TASTY TIMES brunch menu.
The brunch menu consists of seafood, cold buffet, hot stations, carving station, live pasta station in parmesan wheel, a selection of fine cheeses and many other dishes. A varied selection of steaks, side dishes and salads complete the brunch offerings.
The dessert buffet includes famous Creppe Suzette, Pannacotta with berries, Tiramisu, white and dark chocolate mousse, and a rich and exquisite selection of international desserts.
While the food and relaxed atmosphere are the main attraction of the brunch, the drinks offer is just as important. This includes both soft drinks and non-alcoholic refreshments, as well as a variety of wines, prosecco, beer, Aristocool’s signature live cocktails and a selection of hot drinks.
Weekly, guests at the brunch will enjoy dishes selected by Valentin Pavel, Head Chef of the Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest.

Prices for TASTY TIMES. NO RUSH BRUNCH:
- For adults: 400 lei/person
- For teenagers aged 12 to 18: 300 lei/person
- For children aged 6 to 12: 200 lei/person
For children under the age of 6, admission is free.
There is also a kids’ playground in the brunch area.
ARISTOBEATS. AFTERWORK THURSDAYS
Designed as a multisensorial experience, ARISTOBEATS offers unique opportunities to relax with friends at the end of a workday. With live DJ entertainment and music, accompanied by Aristocool Signature cocktails and a tasty menu, Thursday evenings become more enjoyable on Aristo Beats. The concept of the event is a flexible one, and in the future, it will also host a series of artistic events.
