Museums hold open day for students on every monthaa‚¬a„¢s first Saturday

The first Saturday of every month has officially been declared an open day for students at museums, memorial homes, public collections and cultural institutions. The decision was adopted on November 8 at the initiative of PSD (Social Democratic Party) deputies Gheorghe Ciocan, Mircea Dusa, Vasile Gliga, Florin Iordache, Adrian Nastase, Victor Socaciu and Aurelia Vasile, reports Mediafax. In the Senate, the initiative received a total of 94 votes in favor, one against and three abstentions.
