Picture of Romanian monastery wins Wikimedia contest

A picture of Romanian monastery Chiajna, which is located close to Bucharest, was picked out as the winner in the competition Wiki Loves Monuments 2011, in which participated 18 countries. In total, there were 169,150 pictures that were submitted in the competition.

The picture that depicts the Romanian monastery was taken by Mihai Petre and competed against pictures from Estonia, Germany, Norway, France, Russia, Austria, Sweden and Spain.
