Photo exhibition featuring traditional Romanian crafts in Tibanesti opens next week

A photo exhibition featuring two workshops taking place in Tibanesti center for promoting traditional Romanian crafts will open next week, on November 8, at Café Verona.

Tibanesti hosts since 2007 a center for promoting traditional crafts. Maria Association, Arhiterra Association and the Pro Patrimonio foundation are organizing there yearly workshops where participants are initiated into various crafts such as wooden furniture restoration, clay constructions and so on. The two workshops that took place this year are presented in photos taken by participants.

 

The exhibition will be open until November 15. Café Verona is located on the premises of the Carturesti bookstore in Bucharest.
