Jiri Menzel comes to Bucharest during Czech Center film retrospective

Oscar winning film director and legend of Czech cinematography, Jiri Menzel, will arrive to Bucharest to present his films during a retrospective organised by the Czech Centre on May 16-19 at Cinema Studio (Bd Gheorghe Magheru 29).

During this event, the audience will have a chance to see seven classical films made by Jiri Menzel, including both his first movie (The Death of Mr Baltazar, 1965) and his most reacent creation (I Served the King of England, 2006).
