First place went to a property in Beverly Hills, California, built in 1926 and with an estimated value of $165 million. In third place came Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan's Aspen ski lodge at $135 million, while 6,000 miles away, a 64-room Istanbul waterfront mansion would get $100 million.
