Thomas Kulnigg (Schoenherr) joins BR’s Start-ups vs Scale-ups roundtable

Thomas Kulnigg (partner, Schoenherr) will be a speaker at BR’s Start-ups vs Scale-ups roundtable event, which will take place on June 13, between 9 AM – 11:30 AM, at 58 Stirbei Voda Street (5th floor). 

At Schoenherr, Thomas Kulnigg specializes in M&A and venture capital transactions, start-ups and Austrian corporate law, with an industry focus on technology & digitalization. Thomas also leads Schoenherr’s venture capital and start-up practice and heads Schoenherr’s technology & digitalization industry-group. He is also a founding member of the think tank “thinkBLOCK tank” and member of the advisory board of the Digital Asset Association Austria.

BR’s Start-ups vs. Scale-ups 2019 is meant to bring international know-how and good practices to Romanian start-ups and scale-ups, from legal experts, investment funds and successful start-uppers and scale-uppers.
