Science-fiction book fair takes off in Bucharest

The most recent science-fiction and fantasy book titles will be available at 30 percent discount for cybernetic bookworms during a fair that will take place this weekend at the Tinerimea Romana National Art Center.

Writer and journalist Stefan Ghidoveanu will introduce visitors in the world of Philip K. Dick during this edition of the fair. Also, The Ships of Earth (1994), the third book of the Homecoming Saga by writer Orson Scott Card, will be commented by Romanian writer Michael Haulica.

The Nemira publishing house will showcase on Sunday the latest titles in the Nautilus collection, the most important brand in science-fiction in Romania, which comprises writers such as Isaac Asimov, Frank Herbert, George R.R. Martin, Philip K. Dick and Orson Scott Card.
