Laurentiu Manea, Manager for Office Buildings at Openville Timisoara, will be a speaker at the 18th edition of BR’s REALTY Forum, its flagship event for the Romanian real estate market, taking place on May 15, at ARCUB, in Bucharest’s historical district, starting at 2 PM.
He will speak in the second panel of the conference – New trends in Office | Residential | Mixed projects.
Laurentiu facilitates contractual relations for office buildings currently in development in the Openville Timisoara mixed-use project, by implementing strategic business policies, and identifies new initiatives to streamline and strengthen operational activity for existing buildings. Openville Timisoara will include seven office buildings with a gross area adding up to over 130,000 sqm. Three out of these buildings are already finalized, covering 50,000 sqm. 51,000 sqm are still under construction and will include the tallest building in Romania.
BR has been covering the impressive growth of the property sector over the last 18 years and the challenges stemming from economic headwinds and shifting trends of consumers.
The real estate sector continues to progress as more Romanian entrepreneurs and large foreign funds are developing quality projects that can compete with similar ones in other international cities. REALTY Forum will review the development of the sector in the past 18 years and will also start a conversation about the future of real estate and its innovation potential driven by technology.
