A live stand-up comedy performance bringing together three of the most famous British comedians of the day will take place at the Grand Cinema Digiplex in Baneasa on March 19. The three comedians are Geoff Whiting, Jeff Leach and Christian Reilly.

Geoff Whiting is a well known British producer and TV and radio host. He has been on the stand-up circuit for 15 years. Having an extensive experience in working with all notable comedy clubs in Europe, his comedy act is described as being powerful, fun and versatile. Whiting is one of the only a handful of comics worldwide to have performed stand up comedy in a pod on the London Eye, for BBC’s “The One Show” and was the first English speaking comic to ever perform in Bucharest in Club 99.

Jeff Leach discovered his passion for comedy in college, at the students’ radio station and spent this time honing his skills as an improvisation and sketch comedy actor as part of the “Improverts.” He now performs his opulent and revealing brand in stand-up comedy in his own club LOL (Leach On Laughter). His shows are some of the most popular and fun being considered by the press as the new favorite in this area.

Christian Reilly knows how to perfectly combine humor with music. His sound of guitar and funny stories are always delighting audiences at numerous festivals and TV shows in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Britain. His stinging irony, exuberant energy and songs make his live performance worth seeing.

March 19, at 20.30, Grand Cinema Digiplex. Tickets at RON 55. More details at www.grandcinemadigiplex.ro
