Dino, an event which recreates a long gone world, is on show in Romexpo pavilions 20 and 21. The event is especially recommended for children, who can learn a lot about dinosaurs and what the earth looked like 240 million years ago. Over 30 gigantic robotic dinosaurs are presented in eight scenes, which depict the pre-historic environment with unique decor and multimedia effects. The dinosaurs are more than 7 meters tall and 14 meters long. They move and make the same sounds as their original versions, both predators and herbivores, are believed to have done millions of years ago. There is also a Dino 3D Cinema with images especially designed for the exhibition by experts in the field.
Access to the event is in small groups accompanied by guides who are especially trained to give details about each type of dinosaur. Cameras are strictly forbidden, with a special area set aside where visitors can have official framed pictures taken. The dinosaurs will be in action until
March 10.
