Friday, June 3, the second edition of SAGA kicks off! The Festival brings an electrifying concept based on imagination, transformation and energy to the National Arena and its surrounding park. On 3, 4 and 5 June, festival-goers will be transported into a world of creativity and innovation. Source, the main stage, is a true spectacle, 40 metres high and 150 metres wide. For the first time in Romania, Source will feature 1500 square metres of 4.8 mm pixel pitch LEDs and 4k resolution, static and intelligent lights. The central element of the stage will be the icosahedron, the symbol of SAGA, which will be loaded with special effects, lights, lasers and fireworks.

SAGA is all about freedom, it’s the place where people get energized, live their dreams with friends and create a special connection with their favorite artists. This year, the whole concept is taken to a new level, there will be more stages, grander stages, more activation spaces and installations for festival-goers to enjoy during the 3 days.

A taste of what this year’s festival will be like, here.

More than 90 truckloads of equipment arrived 2 weeks ago from the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Poland and Hungary, and every day almost 5000 people are working to put on a unique event in Romania that festival-goers from 85 countries are eagerly awaiting. Over 1000 tons of scaffolding and grids, 200 km of cables and over 800 speakers are just some of the elements that make up the second edition of SAGA.

Source, Heat, Spark, Switch, Drift, Bumper Cars and all the other special and secret scenes are waiting to come to life with festival-goers shortly.

The last tckets for the first festival of the summer, SAGA, are still available here.

Afrojack, Black Coffee, Deadmau5, DJ Snake, Elderbrook, Fedde Le Grand, Fisher, Marshmello, Meduza, Ofenbach, Purple Disco Machine, R3HAB, Salvatore Ganacci, Sickickick, Tiesto, Timmy Trumet and many other international and local artists will come to Bucharest on the first weekend of June.
