Ciuc Summer Fest changes location to Zone Arena

Ciuc Summer Fest has changed location from the Iolanda Balas-Soter Stadium to the Zone Arena complex.

The 3-day festival to be held on July 16, 17 and 18 has also added new names to the line-up, such as L’orchestre de Roche, Les Elephantes Bizarres and The MonoJacks. Faithless, Pink Martini and Gary Moore are the festival’s headliners, accompanied by Romanian alternative projects and bands, including Suie Paparude, Urma, Vita de Vie, Sensor, Discoballs, Kumm, Brum Conspiracy, E.M.I.L and The MOOoD.

Emagic officials, the organizers of the event, consider Ciuc Summer Fest as an alternative for this year’s canceled edition of B’estfest. The origin of the newly founded festival lies in the summer of 2008, when the likes of Metallica, Iron Maiden, Lenny Kravitz and Kylie Minogue were brought to Romania under the Summer Fest concept.
