Cinema City Sun Plaza to open July 18th

Cinema City will open its second megaplex in Romania on June 18^th at Sun Plaza shopping center. Cinema City thus becomes the only operator in Bucharest to own two multiplex facilities in Bucharest, amounting to 7,000 seats.

Cinema City Sun Plaza includes the largest digital cinema hall in Bucharest, which offers a total of 404 seats. The multiplex which is to be inaugurated consists of 15 cinema halls, incorporates over 2,800 seats and is the second largest cinema in Romania, right after Cinema City Cotroceni.

Cinema City facilities exist across other Romanian towns and cities, such as Pitesti, Iasi, Timisoara, Cluj and Bacau.

Cinema City Sun Plaza is located at the Sun Plaza Shopping Center, in the southern part of Bucharest. The closest subway station is Piata Sudului.
